Lifetime Warranty

Our best in class Lifetime Warranty ensures that if the chime or parts of it are found to be dysfunctional, or become dysfunctional, we will repair or replace the flawed parts free of charge for as long as you own your chime. This warranty even includes the string, but it does not include normal wear and tear of the paint on the chime.

Chimes must be returned in order to receive free repairs.
