Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a prepaid return shipping label is provided through our returns portal or by email, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Shopify Self-Serve Returns

For your convenience, we have enabled Shopify Self-Serve Returns. This allows you to begin the return process directly from our website.

To start a return:

  1. Visit our returns portal at https://shopify.com/83002163521/account
  2. Enter the email address associated with your order.
  3. Follow the prompts to select the item you wish to return.
  4. If a return label is provided, print the label and attach it to your package.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  6. Drop off the package with the designated shipping carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@perfectpitchchimes.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when contacting us about damage or defects.

Engraving and Personalization Fees

If your order includes an added engraving, personalization, or customization fee, that additional fee is non-refundable once the engraving or customization work has been completed.

Adding engraving or personalization to an otherwise returnable item does not automatically make the entire item non-returnable. However, the added engraving or personalization fee will not be refunded unless we made an error, or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For example, if you purchase a wind chime and add custom engraving for an additional fee, the wind chime may still be eligible for return under this policy, but the engraving fee itself is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Sale or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your refund will be for the returned item amount, minus any return shipping label cost if a prepaid label was provided.

Any completed engraving, personalization, or customization fees are non-refundable unless we made an error, or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
