Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is not currently available.

Shipping Methods

We use UPS standard shipping for all orders.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before tax. Shipping charges for orders under $100 are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Handling Time

Most standard orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders that include custom engraving.

Carrier Transit

Standard carrier transit typically takes 1–5 business days after your order leaves the workshop. Handling time and carrier transit time are separate.

Tracking and Notifications

We provide tracking information by email when your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns and Exchanges

Please see our Return Policy for complete eligibility and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
